ALL SALES ARE FINAL DUE TO THE CUSTOM NATURE OF EACH ITEM.

Production: Ordering and production will begin the day AFTER the order has been placed. All orders are CUSTOM; therefore non-refundable once placed. Please be sure your order(s) has been placed correctly; please be sure to check your email that you have received a confirmation receipt upon ordering.

Pick-Up at TSPP: You will be notified via phone call or email when your package is ready for pick-up. Pick-up location: 8608 West Main St, Kalamazoo MI 49009

Priority Mail Delivery: You will be given tracking via the email that you provide, AFTER your package has been scanned. Orders will be shipped directly to your home or business office within 10-12 business days via US Postal Service 2-day priority mail.

At 'Checkout'; you will be asked to enter your personal shipping information before being able to move onto the the payment option. We ask of this in case of a back-order or late delivery on our end. In this case, we will email you with an update and ship directly to your home on T-Shirt Printing Plus' shipping expense.

All Practices will be embroidered with their official logo provided by Bronson Human Resources: All Bronson departments will be embroidered with their respective department 'subtitled' underneath the Bronson logo following the standards set by Bronson Methodist Hospital.
