All orders are completed after the store closes. Please check the deadline at the top of the page for the store closing date. Ordering and production will begin the day after this date, which can take up to 10-12 business days.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL DUE TO THE CUSTOM NATURE OF EACH ITEM.

All orders are custom and therefore non-refundable once placed. Please be sure your order has been placed correctly. Also, be sure to check your email that you have received a confirmation receipt upon ordering.

At checkout, you will be asked to enter your personal shipping information before being able to move on to the payment option. We ask this in case of a back-order or late delivery on our end. In this case, we will email you an update and ship directly to your home at our expense.

All Practices will be embroidered with their official logo provided by Bronson Human Resources: All Bronson departments will be embroidered with their respective department 'subtitled' underneath the Bronson logo following the standards set by Bronson Methodist Hospital.

Pickup: You will be notified via phone call or email when your package is ready for pick-up. Pick-up location: 8608 West Main St, Kalamazoo MI 49009

Priority Mail Delivery: Orders will be shipped directly to your home or business office via US Postal Service 2-day Priority Mail. You will be given tracking via the email that you provide, after your package has been scanned.
